Charles Boatmon! that was his name,, the most FABULOUS car salesman i ever met, i shopped for 7 weeks for the car of my dreams,, for the price I could afford and this gentleman made promises to me over the phone and held true to each and every one, no hidden fees, charges, bottom line,, what he told me is what I got.. we told him what we wanted and gave me the price. I drove to Hampton and sure enough just what he promised me, so i wrote the check for the total price of the car and drove off... the world needs more car salesman just like him.. The employees were very friendly, and not just fake friendly. One dealership we went to was just nice, and kind of treated us like they didn't need our business. We did not feel like that at Hampton. Everyone was really nice.This is our third purchase from Hampton and so far we have always been satisfied, as of now I cannot think of any improvement needed I only hope they continue to keep up with the quality of service they have provided in the past.
